My Personal Jouney
I was born in Athens, Greece but I was raised in the U.S moving from Nevada to New Hampshire and then coming back to Greece. These experiences of moving around and living in different countries have allowed me to gain valuable insight and a unique approach I would not possess otherwise.
Throughout my journey, the continual shifting between these different worlds provided me with a rich blend of perspectives. I have learned to embrace diversity, appreciate the beauty of heritage and cultures around me, and navigate the challenges of adapting to new environments. All these experiences have woven together to create a unique narrative that reflects both my origins and my growth as an individual.
About Me
My initial interest in psychology started early on in elementary school when I first discovered the world of psychology. Fast-forward a decade later and I was picking clinical psychology as my major at university. I find that therapy has such a profound and positive impact on the psyche of any individual. In my work, I like to place emphasis on self-reliance and self-discovery, meaning that I prefer to take the role of a facilitator or a guide, rather than being the one with the answers. My methodology follows the current research in the field overall, and I make sure to keep up with of all new developments in the field.
I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and enhance their mental well-being. With a compassionate and evidence-based approach, I offer a safe space for exploration, understanding, and growth. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or personal development, my goal is to support you in achieving your mental health goals. Together, we can work towards fostering resilience, self-awareness, and lasting positive change.
